Communists always enjoyed on tax payers cost. Bengal and kerala are enjoying on the earnings of other states.

Mr. Communists may enjoy tax payers cost. But Kerala is not enjoing earnings of other states. Keralas governing is doing with the money of NRK (Non Resident Keralite).
