There is one common sense every one should have is after minimum Nuclear wepon power there is no sence in getting more, because this can only lead to killing eveyone at sometime.
As far as security is concerned getting everyone killed is no way of secure ourshelf. Better approach will go for nuclear deal, make ur economy boost, if your economy is going good then u have more money for making ammunation factory, buying missiles and many other things. Even buying better aircraft/missel which can be used to drop N-wepons. This deal will can acheive both in terms of defence and Economy.
