No matter whether we call it a "Ramsethu" or "Adam's bridge." For a moment, let's forget Ram and Ramayan, and looka at the current scenario. It might not be a man-made (or God-made, for that matter) structure, but it has some rare features, that is associated with its location. It should be our concern to protect the mineral wealth of this location, as well as the quatic life associated with it. For a better-side of both, I'd rather suggest, we undertake an extreme engineering task (only if it's that unavaoidable) and create a canal (like the Suez and Panama canals), keeping in mind that the bio-diversity of the region is not disturbed.
