Let say we will face "bullets with bullets". Indian military should have a power to deal with Anti-national people... they should be treated as enemy compantants and should face military court...

Absolutely right. But, the hindrence to this is just the Govt, which is "Secular" and the Human Rights votaries, who donot care about the Human rights of the common people who are normally the victims!
