The Government should dismiss the Minister who heads the ministry responsible for filing the affidavit, instead of suspening these hapless officials.
The Government, I am sure were fully aware what they were doing. The Congis got really scared that BJP,VHP and the "Shock Troops" Bajrang Dal would show their " True Devotion" to Lord Ram on the streets of India and prove the existence of Lord Ram.
The Congis now will not escape the wrath of Hindus by just suspending these officials. They can kiss good bye to electoral fortunes in the next general elections.
BJP will win the elections by a thumping majority and build a strong, stable India.

There is an increasing fraud and dishonesty at the core of the Indian secular establishment. Secularism means, at once, a distancing of the institutions of governance from communal influence, but also sensitivity towards all religious communities and faiths - not just a particular minority vote-bank. The current, contentious and prejudiced orientation of so-called 'secular' forces in national politics reflects a complete collapse of political intellect.

Someone should file an application under RTI calling for information regarding the daily file movement of the relevant file. The daily file movement is required to be submitted by the govt. departments to the law ministry in important and sensitive cases. This will expose the UPA as all affidavits (to be filed before the SC) are drafted by the law officers (Addl. Solicitor Generals in consultation and concurrence with Solicitor General). All these law officers are basically political appointees and they also leave office with the fall (or end of term) of govt. In important matter even law minister is consulted. The draft affidavit must have passed through the tables of senior IAS officers of the concerned ministry and law ministry and the ministers themselves. This is the procedure in the govt. It is difficult to put blame on those two petty officials as they must be having absolutely no role other than putting up the relevant file. Why not suspend all these officers as well who despite holding important position in govt. preferred to remain silent? Why not remove the ministers also?

It is not congis or BJP. I like BJP, except that they make use of fanatism and hindu emotions which are full of lies. Ram ramayana, is historical fraud in our society.
