It has become a fashion in India to criticise our own culture & historical idols. Why we are not proud of our oldest civilisation & idol like Rama. He is above all other religions existing today. Lord Rama belongs to all indians despite their existing religions. Lord Rama was existing many many years before the religions like Isalm, Christian, etc. were formed. Let us not make Lord Rama a subject of dispute. Lord Rama represents the symbol of our pride irrespective of our religion. Persons like Karunanidhi are the real infidels & have lost control over their conscious because of age. People will punish him in the next assembly elections. There is no need to give undue importance to Mr. Karunanidhi. He is a creature in garbage & don't make him hero by giving more importance to his foolish statements.

it has become a fashion to criticise karunanidhi. the members of the hindu religion should remember that karunanidhi belongs to a movement that rescued hinduism from decline by uplifting the oppressed classes and castes within hinduism. the oppressed classes are regaining their lost glory. without the rationalist movement,the oppressed classes would have en masse embraced other religions.

don't narrow down your thinking to just one thing - he saved lower caste people from converting. the conversion rates in tamil nadu are not in any way lower than that of rest of India. what do u say ?? his actions relating to hinduism are akin to what constantine did to christianity long long back. :-)

If Karunanidhi doesn't believe Rama, why Allah and Jesus. Did Karuna witnessed the birth of Allah / Jesus. I am really sorry to drag Allah /Jesus. I have respect on other relegions.

You seem to be a staunch DMK follower.I wanted to use the first word in the abbreviation of DMK.But euphemism doesn't permit me to say so.... Why are you trying to blow things out of proportion.Every religion has its own problems and loopholes - be it judaism,islam or christianity.Sectarian violence prevails in every accepted religion on earth- be it Iraq or north Africa or anywhere. Go tell your NIDHI that people of India are not crazy, neither they have adopted oblivion because of growing age :-))
