Mr Khan I feel pity on you as you have tried to reach the gold but just did not get it and since you could not get it, you now call it impure and worthless. You must go to the depths of Hinduism to understand it and not just reading some superficial comments on Hinduism, made mostly by the Britishers and the Communists. I challange you, if you go to the depths of Hinduism and really understand the concept of it, you will forget all about religion and rites and rituals and will be a true Hindu yourself.

@K Khan
You said:
'According to Hinduism, he said, God created man unequally. People are innately divided into four groups, called "castes."'

All humans have different nature and should adopt work as per their nature (Brahmanas, ksatriyas, vaisyas and sudras are distinguished by their qualities of work in accordance with the modes of nature. -- Bhagavad Gita 18.41). This is only logical and anything contrary will only lead to frustration and chaos.

'"That is the worker class -- the people behind India's industrialization, the guys who pull the rickshaws, the guys who work in the fields, the farmers, etc.," he said.'
And the 'he' is? Anyway, not just those people even the technical ones who work in IT or other industries are shudras (including myself). They have all the rights except for reading the shruti which requires many years of training in vedanga and other aspects to be able to understand the vedas. All should read the smritis including puranas and itihasas (particularly Mahabharata) in any case.

'Outside the caste system -- that is, the "outcastes" -- are the Dalits.'

This has nothing to do with sanatana dharma. Of course, those who do not follow the sanatana dharma are outside the varnashrama and have been termed variously in the texts (e.g. mlecchas, yavanas, ...). Some people for their selfish interests introduced this practise which should have been gotten rid of if not for the politics of british and then by Ambedkar.
