it seems that your idiology has completly changed to the level where u only can reach. does your parents know all these. they would be ashemed on you. no one need a certificate from a wicked person like you or ASI to worship or love Ram. if hindues are wndering in cultural nonsence then the Aryabhatta , who invented decimal system and has calculated value of PEI was also a hindu. do you know this? zero was invented in this hindu land only not in Arab or England. it seems that you are defining every thing from your closed eyes and dirty mind.
Thats great! You can go a few centuries back & talk about the glorious tradition of Hindus. We will be concerned if Hindus start talking about today & aim at getting a Nobel Prize in science every year.

have you ever heard of our space plans they are not developed centuries ago, they are of modern era. new warships that we are developing are of new era, our nuclear plan are of this era. if winning nobel prize is a mark of development then i dont want that.
I have heard that Indians lost to Babar because Babar had guns & canons & Indians had swords & arrows. In 2007, Indians still buy guns from Sweden. Indians still buy outdated aircraft carriers from other countries. Have I heard correctly?

Puranas means historical records, and have been treated such before the british. Interesting to note is that in the name of modern science we have done more damage to our home planet in the last hundred years or so than was done in millions of years before that. As far as rationality is concerned modern day scientists better not speak their mouths about it (e.g. most either do not comment about origin of everything or some believe that everything came out of essentially nothing). They would do good to learn the basics of vedanta that accepts three pramanas viz. pratyaksha (direct perception), anumana (logic etc.) and shabd. Though they try to deal primarily with pratyaksh, they are not aware of the basics of the conditions under which pratyaksha is to be accepted, its limitations etc.
As far as the economy, military benefits are concerned it is mostly a spin by the government -- don't you see that, and if not then get better informed about it from neutral sources.
