politics is disgusting
by kartik rao on Sep 15, 2007 01:00 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

The point is that we the educated class of people know that the present government is playing petty politics in the name of religon.
However the thing to be noted is that if i do not vote for this party in the coming elections, there is still a very good chance for the same cohorted gang(UPA) coming to power after the election results are announced in the name of preventing communal forces governing India.
So whats the way out of this? Should not post poll alliances be banned for they are simply opportunistic. If these so called secular forces are so intersted in governing the country, then why dont they declare the alliance before the elections itself, so that the common man knows whom to vote for before hand itself..There should be some way out of this, so that the political parties can stop exploiting these loopholes.

That is exactly the problem with the Indian election system. Why dont EC declares whatever alliances u have b4 election will be same after election. Political parties as soon as they see there is no absolute majority in hte parliament they scramble together to form government. Politics is slowing down the growth of this nation and we talk of beating China. Either we have Us system of federal election or have a one party system.

Ramayan is an epic, ASI directors are scientific people, why to suspend them when they were doing their job. Congress like all other major political parties are nothing but petty political parties running after vote banks.
