You are funny, you believe some Geocities page, but say that Ramayana is fiction.
How come one is false,one is true?
Also i asked why so many OBCs (shudras) are venerated as saints, gods etc in Hinduism, no answer.
OBCs are so much in number, 40%, you think they can be supppressed? These texts would have been written in some situation, no one knew their existence. Vedas dint tel about Dalits. All that happened latter.
Untouchability sort of thing existed in other societies also. Read about Ainus of Japan, Black slavery by Arabs and maori(new zealand) caste system.
Now we have indian constitution and all people are equal and we should progress. That is important.
Sethu canal is waste of money. Your tax money. still i know ic ant stop. I can only warn. Still go ahead,you will find money wasted again. That will deny development to some poor/downtrodden.
That is all my point. Please dont support forces that divide people on race.

Veda Vyasa who wrote Mahabharat was born of fisherwoman and Valmiki was a chandala.
We even have instance of god chastising casteism. God Shiva appeared in the form of Chandala before Adhi Shankaracharya and told that "God is everywhere in the world".
All the hindu leaders like Adhi Shankaracharya, Vivekananda, Annamacharya, Sree Narayana guru, Aurobindo have worked to get rid of casteism in Hinduism. But who cares about hindu leaders. Caste system will always be associated with hinduism as it helps christian missionaries.
