Sonia is using a tactic.

If this affidivit would have been accepted and the project would have been successful, she would take the credit.

Otherwise, as happened now, she is all set to blaim govt (as if she is leader of opposition)

HEADS I WIN AND TAILS I WIN ? Non Congress parties should know that Sonia and her children did their homeworks very well with the support of Church. They are executing their plans one by one.Why UPA is hesitating to complete NDAs governments Golden Triangle and National Highways?
