I just think that the government should think of other development activities...

There are thousands of such schemes pending from which the government can make thousands of crores more...

The government simply by getting in this issue is allowing BJP to undo all the good that this government did in the last 2-3 years.

This Govt has done "good in last 2-3 years"?Thats is a joke!!!!!

It is not even possible to call this a Govt. There is a puppet PM controlled by a super PM(without responsibilities), who is not of Indian origin. They are supported by so many "allies", working at cross purposes and constantly blackmailing. So much that the Govt has to constantly think of what will annoy/please the allies rather than what is good for the country.

The writer is totally wrong. The govt has been in a hurry to carry out this project despite strong protests from fishermen and others that are interested in preserving the environment
