Ayurveda

Once I met with an accident. I went to a modern hospital, not to Ayurveda.

I practise Yoga and Pranayama.

I was suffering from Bronchitis (Asthma) for several years. I consulted several allopathic doctors, some prescribed strong medicines, some prescribed mild medicines. But it remained uncured. One doctor suggested costly medicines from Singapore. I used them also, but still I was not cured. I remained uncured for several years.

Finally, I was cured by Ayurveda, within one year, by using cheap medicines.

Earlier I used to take allopathic medicines for headache, cols and fever. Now, when I get fever, I don't take any medicine at all. I just follow diet as per ayurvedic principles. I get cured without any medicine automatically within 2 or 3 days.

Ayurveda is preventive. If you follow it, you will not fall sick. There will not be a need for "medicine".

Yoga and Pranayama have even cured Cancer in some cases.

I am not saying that you must not use allopathy at all. If I meet with an accident and lose blood, I will definitely go to a modern hospital. But, by default, for most of the ailments, I will try to use Ayurveda. I will use allopathy, only if Ayurveda fails. I have been following this policy and I have been maintaining perfect health.

Take the best form both the worlds, Allopathy and Ayurveda. Be open to both of them.

Don't ignore Ayurveda, just because it belongs to ancient India and because you are a Christian opposed to it.
