Pak is the epicneter of terrorism, and Mush is the head of all these teror groups which are part of the ISI network. As for all these bombings in Pak, they've all been set up by Mush himself to show Uncle Sam that he too is under threat from the Islamic terrorists. To stay in power, Mush wouldn't mind killing a few hundred of his own and make it look like Islamic terrorists, after all, Uncle Sam is a very generous paymaster and Lord only knows how many billions of our US taxpayers monies have been salted away in Swiss accounts by Mush and his generals - power is money.
