is kashmir under pakistan occupation really free?

Hello

I need information for my thesis, can someone tell me if pakistan occupied by pakistan is as free as the other parts of Pakistan?

"Free as other parts of Pakistan" is an oxymoronic statement. No one is free under dictatorship.

You mean Kashmir occupied by Pakistan. Hardly any Kashmiri lives in POK these days, all have migrated to UK and other countries. POK now is a haven for jihadis, yes they are free to perpetuate violence. POK is very under developed as a state compared to the rest of Pakistan, which in itself is quite underdeveloped. If you want to get data on the people of POK talk to secular muslims and the educated lot, you will get a better picture.
