This is what happens when Judiciary is involved in religious matter. Judiciary should never been involved in religious matters. They should not entertain the cases involving religious matters. For example, in USA, court is separated from religion. The Ten Commandments have been removed from the court premises.

absolutely right we hindus are only restricted to our selves we shld be more disciplined in our approach for our religion.
