What govt is telling based on Scientific facts available till date. If some one believes in God, and claims that God ordained to do some act( suppose which is against law) Then tell which court would admit this claim. Govt should be sensitive towards people feeling and should have taken extremist into confidence.

like the court does not do anything against those who publicly issue fatwa to kill some one. after all threat to kill and announce reward to kill is a crime in any country. have you seen any action against fatwa makers?

goto say a place like united states, ask president george bush, about proof of existence of jesus christ. that'll be a pointer. they are more free, and they are a better democracy. ours is a democracy of numbers, they at least debate openly.
