Bias should be stopped
by srishti on Sep 13, 2007 05:54 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

NEAR A VILLAGE THERE WERE TWO RAIL TRACKS, ONE OF THEM WAS A LIVE TRACK AND THE OTHER ONE WAS NOT IN USE . THERE WAS A KID PLAYING ON THE DEAD TRACK AND THERE WERE 5 KIDS PLAYING ON THE LIVE RAILWAY TRACK. AFTER SOME TIME A MAN SAW A TRAIN APPROACHING ON THE LIVE TRACK. HE WAS NOT CLOSE ENOUGH TO WARN THOSE 5 KIDS BUT INCIDENTALLY HE WAS CLOSE TO THE CONTROL WHICH CAN CHANGE THE TRACK. SO HE DECIDED TO CHANGE THE TRACK LET THE SINGLE CHILD BE KILLED RATHER THAN THOSE 5 KIDS, ALTHOUGH THE 5 KIDS KNEW THAT THEY ARE PLAYING ON THE LIVE TRACK, BUT FINALLY THERE LIVES GOT SPARED BUT THE KID WHO TOOK FOLLOWED THE RULES STILL GOT KILLED.

It is a wrong decision by the man. The driver should have followed the original track. Because the children play on the live track may be prepared for the train whereas the one on the abandoned track is no way expecting the train to come to his way.

If govt (no matter whether it is Cong., BJP, Left) plans out something that is in interest of the society then that plan should be realized even if it hurts someones religious sentiments.

Religions were meant for the progress of society and not to put a stop on it. Extremism in any sense is bad ... be it hindutva or any other religion.

If we say we are Hindus then why we forget that in Gita it is said that the only constant thing in this creation is change. Everything changes with time and so should the religious rules and rituals.

If we fail to survive then what will we do with the religion? Is there anyone who believes that someone will come from heaven to save us?

No Body is stopping the government if they do something in the interest of the society. but the government is questioning the faith of the people of this country who have worked hard and are still burning their oils to make this country the best. the government should stop provoking a law abiding section unnecessarily

Still BJP is a better bet... inflation, security, hypocrsy, increase in caste based politics, quotas... and above all working with Left communists... this government has all got it wrong... BJP according to me is a better bet
