It is a fact that non of the us on this earth had seen Rama, Krishan, Allaha, Prophet Mohamad, Jesus.. yet we all pray and respect Ramayna,Mahabarata,Quoran and Bible- This is what is faith and belief of individuals in their religion. This knowledge had been handed over from one generation to the other.
It is unfair on the part of the govt to play with the sentiments of any religion. Though Congress banks on the minority vote bank it doesn't mean that it can play with the sentiment of majority Hindu belief. Can any govt pass on such remark on minorities%u2019 beliefs....Never. We have seen the world on fire when a cartoon is made by Danish. But a Hindu is asked and made to tolerate in their own country even if great artists paint nude pictures of Hindu goddess- because one should look at it as an art. If a Hindu shouts one calls him as a unsecular and antisocial.

Further even in the court while taking oath one should be asked to take oath on their religions scripture in which he has faith. It should not be only Gita. If a person has faith on Quoran or bible may be allowed to take an oath on it.
Dear politicians/artists pl don't play with sentiment of any person of any religion.

Religion is for the superstitious illiterates. Religion should not come in the way of development. Keep it personal, keep it at home. IF AT ALL.

How amazing thehn if religion is so personal, many christian priests and others demonstrated against the da vinci code and got it banned in india in many places. What happened to 'personal' religion then? why did they not stay in their homes and just refuse to watch the movie insteadof demonstrating?
Likewise, even in the bomb blasts earlier in Hyderabad near the mosque, the youth in the localities came and pelted stones etc as if the police were to blame. I rememberquite a few got injured and some died. Yet,blasts in hyderabad recently now did not see violence targeted against the police though mostly hindus were affected.
It shows that Hindus are tolerant in general. This could be due to the religion or simply the gene or culture.It could even be castigated as apathy.But, in any case it is better than militancy in the name of religion practiced all over Islamic countries.
So when you are living in a country where the majority is tolerantand does not prevent you from practising your religion unlike most islamic countries, it makes sense to respect the tolerance and not inflame it.
When roads were blocked for silly reasons like Iraq war and cartoons of the prophet which in now way affected life in India, how come you guys didnt think of protesting
Do not keep trying to provke. It may result only in terrible problems to everyone. just shut up and do not get involved in debates that are not relevant to you.
