I guess you are not aware what UPSC is all about? Hardly any one can get home cadre. It means, the BIharis are handling the affairs in another states (with very good track records for law and order). Now you can think of who is doing what?

Oh.. thats fine so what now u got the right answer that other state guyes who is deputed in bihar r making the money on these occassions,so mob what r u waiting for come and grab those people first...becz these other state peoples are creating problems in bihar.

Ya its true but what tese 50% are doing dear?if they will do thier job perfectly then why should we argue all these things.One fact i like to tell u even the situatation like this ur these 50% UPSC people were thinking how to money out of this,any doubt?

if the cops cant do the necessary its good that the public are taking the law into their own hands.criminal activities get attention after a BRIBE is given to the police so this is the only way a lession is being taught for all the thieves who are in hiding
