Just because many believe it doesn't make any difference... truth is truth, false is false. If any proof show befor court. e.g., many centruies people believed earth is flat, did it became just they chanted so many times?

Show your father is real father ... you belived just because your mother told.... Isn't it? Proove he is your real father? Go and test DNA of all the living beings including monkeys and donkeys around the world... you will be lost.... Faith is beyond mundane matters.. please understand.

Just like this person without knowing any truth or false, all the news they heard or read, the same neighbout country people don't have food and not allowed to take food in their place, childrens are suffering but we all not thinking this and not helping them, but we want to save the old stories, how sad this, one side people died because of don't have food.
In everyone india, they will spent for god for themselves but not for others, help others to live in the world.
