Existence of ALLAH is a belief. But based on that belief a MUSLIM should NOT and CANNOT claim rights on a property. He/she should own that property LEGALLY.
You may dis-agree with the existence of ALLAH. That is ur faith.
But Muslims are not claiming any Land/Property/Right based on their belief in ALLAH.
See the difference.
Sonia gandhi is not claiming anyone elses property based on her Belief !!!

I couldn't help noticing this as you seem to have posted this more than once. Are you then suggesting Mecca and Medina are not of religious consequence? Do you also mean for the Country's development any Mosqur or Darga can be done away with. if so please confirm, going by your first name the Congress idiots can claim they have finally found one tolerant Muslim.

They are a property of the Masjid Trust. The government or anyone has NO claim on them. If a Muslim were to claim a property of someone else based on his/her religious belief...then yes, that is WRONG.
Government cannot take away property belonging to an individual without his/her permission.

Dude wake up to realities, this Govt is apuppet in MNCs hand all your SEZs are done through land acquistions from Individuals. 'Property Rights' is NOT a fundamental right and as such the Govt is able to override it. Go through one experinec of land acquition with this Govt and you will know how firm your 'property Rights' are. the question here is of Sensitivities between human beings. No one can conclusively prove that Muhamed was indeed the messenger of God. Yu beleive it becos your Dad does and probably his forefathers did. So lets not just bring in legal point for argument's sake.
