Can some one enlighten me as to what is this great Benefit we are talking about having this project by hurting the sentiments and religious beliefs of the Majority community of this country. From what I understand in the column is that it reduces the distance between Rameshwaram and Srilanka. Can someone tell me what is the big advantage that we are talking about, Srilanka to the best of my knowledge is not some economic superpower for india to benefit so much by reducing the distance to it!! And apart from the Historical and religious importance i am also told that this area is a ecological hotspot which could be affected by this Project. Wher is all these Green peace and all of them at this time??
