Give me ONE example where Muslims are claiming land/property based on Islamic Beliefs ???
Name One...
Existence of ALLAH is a belief. Birth of Prophet Jesus by his Mother Mary, who was a Virgin, is also a belief. But based on that belief a MUSLIMS or Christians should NOT and CANNOT claim rights on a property. He/she should own that property LEGALLY.
You may dis-agree with the existence of ALLAH. That is ur faith.
But Muslims are not claiming any Land/Property/Right based on their belief in ALLAH.
See the difference. Sonia gandhi is not claiming anyone elses property based on her Belief !!!
Some people gave me the following issues.
Babri Majid - title deed of the land is in the name of a Muslim trust (Wakf Board)
Qutub Minar - Is a historic site, property of the Nation
Taj Mahal - Is a historic site, property of the Nation
Kashmir - It is a political issue. Just as the NorthEast.
Palestine - The JEWS claim Palestien based on the Torah...The Arabs/Jews/Christians were the INHABITANTS of that land. Whya re JEWS migrating from Europe/Russia/US to Israel ???

My Dear Friend Imran, Dont you remember that two sects of muslim shiites and Sunni's fought for the claim of Taj Mahal and you agree it is a national property? If Kashmir is a political issue, why do the muslims and hindus fight there. Shouldnt it be a fight only between pakistanis and Indians and not based on religion. Why is there always muslim terrorist all over the world and not any other religion as famous as muslims. If everything is based on beleif then India is called Hindustan means land of Hindus, why did the muslims come and occupy? Is killing others and occupying others land is your beleif?

Religions argue over petty things all the time. Hindu's aren't the only ones.
The example quoted above is perfect - Moslems want the Entire state of Palestine for themselves (with or without the Jews). The question of Palestine's accession to either Jews or Arabs is still an open question and is difficult to be decided. The Jews were sacked from their city in 200AD when Emperor Titus sacked Jerusalem after the uprising and scattered them across the Globe. Thats why they always consider Israel as home (although many of them now have the US as home).

Muslims should surrender all the properties of Masjids and thousands of properties occupied and grabbed in the name of Madrassas. In Mumbai alone there are thousands of illegal Madrassas in tha slums claimed by fruadulent means in the name of religion. Go and see Hindu monuments at Qutub Minar site. Go & see the battles being faught almost everyday by Muslims & Christians to claim their religious site at Jeruslem.
