WHAT LEADERS SAY ABOUT GOD RAMA?

"My Rama (god Rama) is not the Rama of Ramayana". Mahatma Gandhi

"The Ramayana and Mahabaratha are nothing but another Arabian Nights Story". Jawaharlal Nehru

"Rama is not a god; but he is a hero" Rajagopalachari, First Governor-General of India and a great Brahmin leader.

"Ramayan is not a divine story; it is only a literature" (Kaliyuga Kamban, T.K. Chidambaranatha Mudaliar). Babri Masjid was demolished by Rama Bhatkas claiming that it was his birth place.

RAMA'S DEATH

Rama , like an ordinary man, fell down into the river and was DROWNED. (Uttara Kandam, Chapter 106). How can a "god die? Who will then look after the affairs of the world?

Thats correct. Ramayana & Mahabharat are india's great comic books jut like 'Tin Tin','Mandrake' or 'Harry Potter'.

building a temple in Ayodhya for a comic hero is like building a church for Harry potter in UK.

Rama is an Avatar of Lord Vishnu that every body know. He took human form to show the perfect qualities of a human being to the residents on earth.. He never declared him self god.But all the Rishis know he is god. He suffered like a human being, but never lost his qualities. He never lied. Never looked to another women with passion. He obeyed the orders of his father like a truthful son. He sincerly fallowed his Gurus. All these actions Rama are the guidelines for future generations to fallow. Though he was a son of an Emperor, he suffered like an ordinary person eating available vegetables in the forest to show the mankind that every body has to undergo suffering what ever his position may be, but should exhibit forbearance. He is a role model for all the generations.Word RAM contains the magnetic power of sound. Uttering RAM nama, brain cells will be activated. It is true. Hindu epics say, "SRI RAMA RAMA RAMETHI RAME RAME MANORAME,SAHASRA NAMA THATTHULYAM RAMA NAMA VARANANE" ( While chanting RAMA RAMA once is equal to the chanting of one crore other names). That is the power of Rama.
