It is not surprising that there are no protests in Tamilnadu because this is a bloody Godless state ruled by atheists who wear yellow scarves on the advise of some Nambudhri or other. Further people are dead scared of the political goons even to express their opinions publicly. At the time of the arrest of Sankaracharya of Kanchi in Hyderabad a lady in Hyderabad said this very clearly " I am able to say that this arrest is wrong and against the Hindu people here in Hyderabad. If I were in Madras I would not have the guts to say this publicly for the simple reason the very next day m,y house will be invaded by political goons. She also quoted the example of Advocate Vijayan who was assaulted early in the morning before departure to Delhi for appearing in the anti reservation case in the Supreme Court of India."

That considerable number of people from this state belonging to this state were part of the Karsevaks who went to Ayodhya for the rebuilding of the Ram Temple can never be forgotten.Ram and Sita are very much part of our religion and our ethos.

You are absolutely wrong. Not even the fishermen around that area support this project. There is no evidence this will improve/benefit TamilNadu. Anyway, the point here is about Ram. UPA wants to take on Hindu beliefs.
