Government should not say what language people should speak or or what language movies people should watch.
It is left to people to decide what secondary language they want to learn.As DMK is insecre about the great Tamil langauge and movies,it wants to instruct to people don't learn any other language.

DMK Family leaders all know hindi. Infact, their grandchildren study English as first language and Hindi as next language.
But their party opposes learning Hindi by others. Because, only they want exclusive monopoly on the language
PS - In one leading Movie theater in Madras, every friday new release of Hindi movie tickets goes to some Athiest party supporters. How is it?

It seems there has been significant conversion in Tamilnadu. Many of the so called dravidians doesn;t seem to be hindus either.
