If there need be, will Congress be so committed to establish that there is no proof of existence of Mohammad, and therefore, no 'shariyat laws' shall be followed?

Problem in India I realize from all these messages is there is no Hindu Laws even if its 80% percent not with any other country

Hindusim is not religion as per some Hindus. The term was given by Moguls. In america the constitution is based on Old/new testament. Saudi Shariya law.
