ASI, please do not talk Sonia's and Congress' words. ASI does not have any right to comment on authenticity of the Ramayana and Ram.
I ask ASI, do you have brith certificate of your 5th generation great grand father? if not, may be your 5th generation great grand father was in illegimate son of some Arab or Europian.
I know it hurts when someone talks like that, ofcourse it will, but ASI you spoke the same words when you asked for a proof for Ramayana, you asked for a certificate for something that happened thousands of years ago, bring Us the proof for your forefathers that were bron just 200 years ago, we will be happy to give you proof for Ramayana as well.

It is ironic that people who live in a society that is determined to have a proven theory behind every product that they buy for their personal use with their hard earned money now reacts in an enitrely contradicting way. You are ok with flashing your ID cards in your office in front of the same security personnel whom you see everyday, you want to registration certificates before you shell out your money to purchase a piece of land else you will not accept the legitimate owner's words.. will you? YOu trust only products which bear ISI marks, when everything in your life needs to be risk free and based on facts and figures how come you dont demand a proven theory behind the existence of Ram Sethu?? And even if it was built by Lord Shri Ram, it has served its purpose years ago and now it is an obstacle. The economic importance of this project is huge to the NAtion. And we cannot be a Nation with such ridiculous attitude if we were to dream of becoming a super power anytime soon.

When did certifications came into picture? did we have certifications for everything since the Big Bang?
Were humans not eating food before FPO and other certificates for food were introduced? were kids not wearing anything before huggies and other multinational brands were introduced?
Things were working even before people wanted certification, i am not denying that we should not think about science, I am not denying we should not questions religion, but let me tell you my friend, our science and minds are not that developed that we can understand all the phenomenon described in our indian text.
And who told you current Super power US does not beleive in religion? try to talk against xtianity in USA, you will know about it.
India can surely become super power even by taking care of its own religion and culture. super power does not mean "westoxication".
