mysore state became karnataka.
and now, karnataka becomes
BANNATAKKA-BAN ALL THINGS U CAN SEE, FEEL AND HEAR.
THIS IS A DUMBO LAW.
WHAT PREVENTS THE KIDS FROM USING THEIR PAPAS MOBILE AT HOME?
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THEY FACEW PROBS ON THE WAY TO SCHOOL?
BASARAJ HORATI WILL ESCORT THEM OR WHAT?

u fool first understand that the minister concerned is not BASARAJ HORATTI AS U WROTE. HIS CORRECT NAME IS BASAVARAJ HORATTI.. ANYWAY A GREAT DECISION. JAI KARNATAKA.

i have seen so many ministers lik e him in karnatka. so what is great about him?
u had a crackpotlaw, some time back, banning the working of women after 8.00 pm right?
what happened to that, u fool.

this is a good move by the government although the gray market will benefit tremendously. kids dont need mobiles, its more out a fashion thingie as compared to a practical device. and stop whining.... its not a law preventing kids from using papas phone but a law banning the sales of licensed mobile products, DUMBO

Technology has got pros and cons. If used intelligently, you can benefit out of it. So, banning of mobile phones is a stupid decision. Its anyway not going to stop them from using it. Moreover, no license is attached to mobile products...

I DONT WHINE, WHY SHUD I, I DONT LIVE IN UR CRACKPOT STATE.
AND HOW DO U INFER A 16 YEAR OLD IN A MOBILE SHOP?
ASK THEIR BIRTH CERTIFICATE FROM UR VICTORIA HOSPITAL EH?
CAN U ENFORCE THIS LAW, DUMBO?

Just by having mobile in your pocket, can u solve all the problems on the way to your work, there are many instances where lives have been lost for the sake of mobile (by thieves on the road). Dont take chances, just think the positive side of the rule and act. We Indians always have the tendency to go against the rule or oppose anything that government thinks it's in the favour of masses.
