When Education Minister says mobiles cant be sold to kids under 16...there are many questions remain unanswered?
1. Can kids under 16 use it for playing games? 2. Can they speak over mobile? 3. Can they make calls? 4. Can they sms? 5. Can they carry it? 6. Can their parents buy them for them?
many questions remain unanswered.....What makes him that children above 16 can use/buy mobile phones?

U R RIGHT, the govt. has to take decision regarding this or if not think about this. Just by banning the sale of mobile does not mean that mbile phoes shall not be used by small children. GOOD THINKING
