Forget non-muslim head of a muslim nation. Not a single one of 55 islami nations are 'secular', or treat its non-muslim minority equally in their laws.

Saudi Arabia is worst draconian state, which is ideal of islamists.

Few more quick points:

1. If free and fair election is held today, Islamists, jehadis will comeback to power in most Muslim countries - from Algeria to Indonesia.

2. Islamists accept nothing after 7th century AD when Muhamud established Islam.

3. Islamists don't accept nationalism, scularism, science - anything which is not there in quran, hadish.

4. Unless Islamists, jehadis put down by force, the world will travel back to 1400 years, and end of of the world as we see today.
