In most countries if a case is booked then the convict is punished in quick time and he will server is sentence and come out of jail.This process will be done quickly, but our judicial process starts punishing the suspects the day they are arrested. Look at Sanjay Dutt he has been living with out peace of mind since 14 years, In some other country he would have served and come out of jail 8 years ago. In some way our system does this slow poison kind of thing which is better if people are really involved. All these criminals and terrorists should suffer more before they die.
