First of all you should have a first hand idea of any situation to evaluate its consequences which you don't seem to have..the fact that ulfa kills helpless hindi speaking hindus is in itself a larger conspiracy by the ISI and bangladeshi secret intelligence so that the hindi speaking labourers coming from neighbouring states is replaced by the bangladeshis..of course to change the demography of the state..
