I was fortunate to be a classmate of Col.vasanth Kumar ( Ya the same warrior recently laid his life fighting the terrorists in Kashmir)you know what? he was the Cadet Under Officer in NCC at MES college,Bangalore and i use to be a NCC sargent under him,He was determined he has taken his NCC so seriously that he went to RD parade and went all the way to Canada on youth exchange programme when we are worried about our scores he was the man who always dreamt of Army so the saying goes " To be a Brave is a Challenge and to die in the battle is a challenge to the Bravery" I hope and trust the fellow Indians are not worship to the Khans,Darvids,etc instead they are proud to have a fellow Indian like Col Vasanth,Harshan.

You are so lucky to have known a hero like Col. Vasanth Kumar. Please let Colonel's family know we all remember him and the sacrifices he made for us, the country and humanity.
