Request to Judiciary
by VIVEK JADON on Sep 06, 2007 12:38 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

My request to Judiciary
(1) Drag the case so long so that all the witnesses may perish.
(2) Drag the case so long so that all the accused die natural death in case they are not acquitted
(3) Don't treat this case like the high profile case like case of Salman,Sanjay Dutt .Nobody should know about this case
(4) Treat Maninder Singh & Kohli as the first citizen of this country & they must be honoured by national award
(5) Give them all the privileges as provided to the VIPs in prison (House arrest by decalring their respective homes as Jail)
(6) Give them all possible help of Indian Human Rights Commission
(7) Treat them at par with the freedom fighters

Thanks for the judiciary ,as they are doing great justice to the all HARD-CORE CRIMINALS and providing them all the necessary loop holes for their immunity,so that they can make this society IDEAL for judiciary

Dear Vivek:

One more suggestion:Get the rubber stamp president to announce lifetime amnesty for past crimes committed and likey to be committed in future.

Do the same with Salman, Sanjay, Manu Sharma, Pravin Mahajan, Rahul Mahajan and all other hardened crininals Don't they deserve amnesty for all the good they have done for this great country.

It is not the judges who are at fault.

It is the public prosecutor who buckles under political pressure or accepts bribes, who is responsible.

Even not the public prosecutor but it is our legal systems which have a lots of holes which these public prosecutor find those holes and help to escape. And of course Local Police has a great contribution to loose the case.
