Dear Friends, It seems that Nitahri case is just a tip of ice berg. There seems to be more invisbile than visible Koli. Even CBI seems to be playing hide and seek game and that is the reason parents of victims have lodged revision petition in a court where CBI has left off Moninder Singh of serious charges. It is very difficult to get justice for poor people like Nithari residences in India. Money and caste facor are driving people against justice. This is high time to implement reservation in Judiciary so that all sections of society will get representation and delivery system would be fair. Otherwise current Judiciary dominated by meritorious and efficient unreseved people will take another 50 years for a small case of land dispute.
