There seems to be great misconception that USA and allies are doing great favour to India. They r not doing any charity. Business always has give & take . So they r not doing any charity here they r here as a good business strategy and for their own benefit. Even 600 years ago they were here for the same reason and now also they r here for same reason .

Dont say initiated. Because usa was forcing us to sign NPT and we refused. USA started in different way through different route and BJP tried to engage USA in some talks and which finally became N Deal. So BJP didn't have any choice but to engage USA in some kind of talk. Congress could should have also let it remain a talk till the whole country understands it and come to CONSENSUS. which is the present situation.
