Manmohan Singh is a much more sensible man than the Commies and he is running the Union of India as a Corporate. I think the Constitutions needs to be changed and the Corporate Culture of Assessing Individuals Performance needs to be inculcated in our System. In pursuance of the same the Governments running the bottom 10% States, on the performance parameters, should be sacked and a fresh Government Elected in its place. The Commies have ruined Bengal. One man who is trying to rebuild the state and bring it back to its old status of being the Commercial Capital of India, Mr Buddhadev Bhattacharya, is being held back by these same senile idiots and hamepering the State from reaching its potential.
