Indian police system including CBI is not strong enough that we can secure release of terrorists who are hiding in Bangladesh or Pakistan. What we can definitely do is that we must nab local support sysyem and police if convinced and have solid proof of their involvment in terrorism activity like bomb blast just kill them in encounters.No need to go before courts where our lawyers and politicians will work to secure their release and even if vonvicted even by Supreme court will not hang them.

Encounter is the best solution. It is required to reply these terrorists in the language the understand. Catch them and kill them in encounter and to hell with the politicians and the human rights activists - they don't come and save the people when being killed by the same terrorists.
There is no point taking them to courts and then letting them go when acquited by our judicial system.

Yes encounter is the ONLY way to deal with these animals. Our Police must see 'shoot out at lokhandwala film' OR 'Gangajal' or any other movies like that.

Killing in encounters is not a permanent solution to this problem. Foe instance, there hasn't been much difference in crime even after many gangsters were killed in encounters.
There has to be a system in place which is absolutely independent and in no way influenced and more powerful than our political system which can nail these terrorists. The system need to get to the root of the problem ... and eventually will finish it.

Check about the record in mumbai, after all the goons were killed in encounters in late 1990s, the crime rate came down drastically

How? whom to spy on? Only muslims to blame for this, coz support comes only from them. Muslims living in India should not support this, only then it can be stopped
