Cong and Communists, both of the same bent, will never allow India to become a genuine 'secular' nation, like the US - they'll always cling to their communal vote-bank policies, all the whiles demonizing the BJP as 'communal'. Talk of the pot calling the kettle "black". What two-faced, fork-tongued hypocrites - the Cong and Commies. And that's why India is forever doomed remain a stinking, backward, underdeveloped balkanized land of filth a d squalor, always in turmoil and chaos - Cong will never allow for universal laws governing everyone like in the US, but will have special laws, especially for Muslims, so no talk of equality before the law - everyone has their own laws - a sure-fire recipe for anarchy and chaos.

Muslims don't have special criminal laws in India. Only Civil laws are different.
