Go for it. Use USA formula if they do not handover Bilal to us, Go for limited air-strikes in their territory. Then suddenly call for one sided cease-fire. We can do it many times specially in Bangladesh. But, never forget to take USA and Russia in confidence.

if america can attack Iraq on the pretex of Al Qaeda why not India do the same For pakistan & Wrap the matter enough is enough (if u have positive evidence )& i agree with the above but not limited but to the finish line
We are not strong as USA for big war. Even our economy may collapse. Big war will never end problem bcoz terrorism is in their blood. We have to face them for infinite time. Israel resistance can be ideal example for us.

what about votes congress is set to lose? Dont speak of air-strikes as long as Hizras are ruling India and AP. They feel what if 40 ppl die India has many more ppl to sacrifice their lives for those Muslim votes.
