Dear Friends, Police's claim is very much doubtful because generally whenever there is blast some militant organisation take responsibility of it. It is matter of pride for them. Till date nobody has taken the responsibilty and Bilal may be scapegoat. Ansal Plaza case is eye opener for us in which some people were brought and Police simply shot them at Parking lot and showed to world that it was act by militant and in encounter these militant were killed. Assistant Comminssioner of Police confirmed this privatly just few days after the encounter. There are chances that somebody might have felt angry with the system and carried out these blasts not belonging to any organisation like Glasow attempt. Anyway Police has to blame somebody otherwise their political bosses will screw them and very soft targets are always muslims virtually or really? staying at Pakistan. Also political people are happy to polarise minority majaority division with such incidents. In India hatred towards muslim community is treated as a Patriotism and many patriots are here only. Police has just added fuel in the fire by stating above statement.

The twin blasts cannot be the act of a single person who is not satisfied with the system. This has to be a planned one because the timing of the two blasts at two different locations. I agree with you regarding the Police's claim of blaming a person who is in Pakistan.

"somebody might have felt angry with the system and carried out these blasts..." somebody this sensitive will target system directly. Why kill so many innocent people. With such acts investments to his own city will affected, business will go down, tourist will go away. So practically now he is more wrong then this system.

Millitant Organisations taking responsibility is not a law. It was a mere common practice. Since last few years terrorists are not taking responsibility, even if they will take responsibility they will take in the name of some newly formed unknown organistation just to confuse the investigators. So no announcement of responsibility sofar is nothing strange.
