Fool this is because of the rift between BJP and its co. Not because of Congress.
Because of there power hunger this crises initiated. You Brahmin BJP crookes understand this first. They only support the Presedent rule and now they oppose, This is the best example for BJP and CO's stupid game and they only treat our consitution as a playing card.
