IT IS VERY OLD DAM NOW 121 YEARS OLD. IT IS NOT MADE WITH CONCRETE. SO MAKING A NEW DAM IS GOOD WITH KEEPING THE OLD ONE IN SAME PLACE. THOSE WHO MAKE USE OF IT SHOLD SPEND THE MONEY. WITHOUT SPENDING ANY MONEY TN CAN NOT MAKE USE OF IT.

You should be idiot to post this type of message. The strength of the dam cannot measured in how many years it was there. There is a dam in cauvery river which was built very long ago during cholo period which is still in use. Just dont post the msg without thinking the basic knowledge.
