What is the point in wasting time to punish small fishes involved in these riots? Big fish, then PM,Rajiv Gandhi was responsible for these riots as he wanted to take revenge by killing innocents persons of that community and he forgot that he is PM of this country also. Anyhow, he paid for his deeds as he was murdered by LTTE. All these remaining fishes instigated riots just to please him and his party.
