Dear lancer, if you have read the act then you either missed the point or wrongly understood it, yes they want good behavior but did you read the procedure that is involved in canceling the deal, the process they have to follow, the conditions that have to be explicitly be declared and accepted before they can cut the deal, the time frame give for the cancellation, our response, our counter response and so and so. If they go by the act I don't think they will be able to walk away easily for anything other than a A-bomb test. And as you have read the act you will know they have listed the terms that they expect us to do, i wish to know what you find bad in it?

Dear lancer Yes very true, I too don't like it(he did not explicitly stated it but you made it explicit lol, you have a sharp mind), but do you think anyone will offer it for free? and take a look at the positive side of this act, if we get the deal, get the NSG accept to our conditions along with IAE, we will be able to get even better deal then this from Russia, France, at least for this we have to get his deal through. And as you have read it you should be aware of the procedure they have to follow in cancellation and I again state they will not be able to walk away that easily. I am happy that you read it :)
