N-deal

India is a resilient civilization and has faced innumerable massacres and injustices. There is nothing by which India canont go without. N-deal is not critical yet can be helpful. US should not put time limits and barriers for further negotiations onesidedly and slowly ensure amendmending the Hyde Act in such away that it may not lead to perception that US can interfere in India's sovereign choices in view of India's track record of a disciplined developer of nuclear energy as a soverign nation with malice towards none right from the time of Bhabha -Nehru regime. The deal should be made such that under all situations that can break it are taken care of in such a way that even in the worst political situations both countries continue to ensure energy security to each other through nuclear power and nuclear energy infrastructure developed under the deal. Both countries ,however, should commit themself to work in some structured manner to denuclearise all non-civil activities in their own countries and in other countries using UN agencies in a time bound fashion to ensure to the world that both the democracies truly stand for world peace and work together in company of all nations of the world to minimize old uncivilized concepts of ensuring regional balance of military might while ensuring total security of only one or two nations.
