Politics is part of democracy.Development effects economic well being of people.Law and Order is the responsibility of government.If a government fails to exercise this responsibility should it try to divert the issue by playing politics and talking about development?

And your point being...Laloo should be kicked out? ManMohan singh should be kicked out? Sonia kicked out? Karunanidhi kicked out? Take your pick! Practically all Indian politicians will have to be kicked out for their irresponsibility for one thing or the other!
