A lot is emerging on Tejpal and on his so called sting operations. It, of course, wont get reported in the ELM (english language media).
There is a definite need for a right of center media. Unfortunately, you have to overcome a huge incumbent advantage to establish such an entity. This is because most of our journo schools are government funded, ipso facto making them marxist and anti hindu. The worst example of this is the JNU -- which is a total 4M monster (4m = marxist, missionary, mulla, macaulay). Second, getting employed in these places if you're ideologically different is harder -- You won't get ads for your papers if you're thrashing or investigating Sonia Gandhi!
So, its hard for a centrist media to emerge since the reins of power are held by marxists. Alas, we have no balance.
However, all is not lost: the blogsphere has emerged as a significant disruptive technology but is still small.
Hindus have to take this to the next level and vote with their feet and wallets for institutions that provide a more balanced view. Then and only then, can people like tejpal, rajdeep sardesai, barkha dutt & Karan Thaper with little to no journalistic ethics be countered.
By the way, the blogsphere is rife with Tejpal's misdeeds: you can choose to ignore them, but its amply clear that tejpal was sent to Gujarat with a very clear mandate: discredit modi at any cost.

Can you suggest people more intelligent and with better background and education than Rajdeep , Karan Thapar , Pronnoy Roy , Sagarika Ghose and Tarun Tejpal to run media. These are highly educated and ethical people. If you have suggestions of someone better - kindly say so - else get out of this forum. You are just showing your ignorance. People watch these guys because everyone thinks they are the best and I think they are the best.

I totally agree...NDTV is and has been a Congress mouthpiece...It has certianly been and is always at the service of congress whenever it needed to do some serious opposition bashing..especially BJP.....The very fact that NDTV had managed to produce "The world this week" a news program on a state run media " Doordarshan at the peak of the License Raj when the ruling Congress govt had absolute control over the Televison and Radio media is a testimonial to this fact.

When hindus are masaccared...its alright with you guys..no one makes any noise because it is not "IN VOUGUE" with today's pesudo-secular and pseudo-intellecutal views(of the so called self-proclaimed intellectuals to whom the Swami Vivekanadas and Swami Ram Dev Maharajs of India are but illiterate,uncivilized,uneducated who have been promoting obselte.outdated and ideas that are out of fashion.....and why so..?...because they are not JNU or DU educated pesudo-Intellectuals (of today who are merely opportunists).
When a MF Hussain ( for some reson does not gets inspiration and motivated only the hindu godesses and madhuri dixit(and never by his mother and sisters who have the same private parts and any other women) to paint rubbish depicting them....I wonder why though being a devout muslim,the prophet mohammed never inspired him...any guesses???...Does't take a lot...he knows he would be skinned alive by his very beloved brethren his mother and sister,....they get inspired by Hindu gods and women becuse they know they can get away with any nonsense against Hindus in India...,..You tell me Anurag....Is this fair???....Why is this alright ???..these very pseudo-intellectuals term it as something enjoined in the constitution...freedom of artistic expression,...Is this intellectual thought..is this an intellectual Idea...No..not at all..."THIS IS HYPOCRISY"...thats all this is ...no two ways about it...I think we Hindus should get together...enuf of the pseudo-sec

I feel sorry for you but thats the way it always is . It always will be . The rich, educated and sophisticated class ( all three not just one ) always as very low opinion of people who are not what they are. People like you give a lot of importance to their opinions and hence have developed a huge complex and sensitivity to what they say. They on the other hand, don't give a rat's ass to what you say. That frustrates you even more because they neither listen to your view point not think it is even important to answer you.

India is a secular country as per the constitution and anyone opposed to secularism is an anti-national. The media is doing its patriotic duty to expose anyone opposed to the constitution.
